L'Action Figure ufficiale di Batman: Arkham Asylum™

Il Community Manager di Eidos Interactive, ha annunciato la prima action figure ufficiale di Batman: Arkham Asylum™. Di seguito il comunicato ufficiale.

Questa speciale statuta scolpita da Dave Cortes in Batman Black & White è stata sviluppata utilizzando il character design effettivo del best-seller Batman: Arkham Asylum, vincitore del Guinness World Record come "più famoso ed acclamato Superhero Game Ever", e vincitore di numerosi premi partita dell'industria videoludica .

Questa statua basato sul disegno del videogioco, è dipinta in toni monocromatici, dispone di un Bat-logo come piattaforma ed è confezionato in una scatola in bianco e nero.

Limited Edition. Prodotto su ordinazione, in vendita dal 1 settembre 2010 a $80 (56€ circa).

Indizi confermano Gotham City e il Pinguino in Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 ?!?

Non è assolutamente una conferma al 100%, ma sicuramente due ottimi indizii per credere che nel seguito di Batman: Arkham Asylum sarà altamente probabile la presenza del Pinguino e l'ambientazione a Gotham City. A dimostrazione di tale tesi ci sono due indizi. Il primo indizio si nota giocando a Batman: Arkham Asylum, in cui nella sezione della Terapia Intensiva, risolvendo una sfida dell'Enigmista: "Una tuba e un abito lungo sono gli indumenti da indossare per questo party a nord" riferendosi ad un manifesto raffigurante il Pinguino con indicato ICEBERG LOUNGE GOTHAM CITY, con tanto didata FRIDAY JULY 13 - SATURDAY JULY 14 e orari 8pm 2am. Il secondo indizio si trova nel Teaser di Arkham Has Moved, in cui in una sequenza si nota un locale con l'insegna ICEBERG. Probabile collegamento dei due indizi?

Gotham City ambientazione per Batman: Arkham Asylum 2

Paul Denning, Senior Gameplay Programmer di Rocksteady in un'intervista a PC Zone ha rivelato che l'ambientazione dovrà essere diversa visto che Arkham Asylum ha "dato tutto quanto fosse possibile", aggiungendo: "Gotham è una città immaginaria sviluppata in maniera straordinaria e ci sono molti luoghi che potrebbero tornare utili per applicarvi un po' di gameplay ed esplorazione". Il team di sviluppo sta valutando attentamente come ricreare una Gotham City all'interno del gameplay di Batman: Arkham Asylum 2, evitando, dice Denning, una ambientazione di tipo free roaming, perchè "bisogna stare molto attenti quando si decide di intraprendere quella strada".

Warner Bros unico publisher di Arkham Has Moved !

Warner Bros ha confermato ufficialmente, tramite il sito Gameindustry Biz di essere l'unico publisher per Batman: Arkham Asylum 2, abbandonando quindi la coproduzione con Eidos/Square Enix Europe. Stay Tuned.

Indizio: Catwoman nel Teaser di Arkham Has Moved ???

Ancora speculazioni sui probabili nemici che affronteremo nel prossimo sequel di Batman: Arkham Asylum™. Il quarto nemico di Batman potrebbe essere Catwoman. Infatti da questa gif animata in cui riprende una sequenza del teaser al minuto 0:34, si vede un gatto che passeggia su una scala antincendio. Quindi un probabile altro indizio che confermerebbe anche Catwoman nel gioco.

Indeed this animated gif that takes a sequence of teaser at 0:34, we see a cat walking on a fire escape. So a likely further evidence that confirms even Catwoman in the game.

Indizio: Mr. Freeze e Black Mask nel Teaser di Arkham Has Moved ???

Ancora possibili indizi emergono dal recente, e al momento unico teaser video, rilasciato durante i VGA 2009. Infatti, visionando alcuni edifici che si vedono nel video, due hanno catturato la nostra attenzione. Il primo, mostra l'ingresso abbandonato di un cinema in cui si nota la scritta sopra l'insegna "I C E B E R G", probabile riferimento a Mr.Freeze? Mentre nella seconda immagine, appare una insegna nel Luna Park con scritto "SIONIS" e per chi non conosce il mondo di Batman, Sionis è il cognome di uno dei suoi nemici Black Mask vero nome Roman Sionis. Fino ad ora, è molto probabile che questi tre personaggi faranno parte del sequel di Batman: Arkham Asylum™, ma rimaniamo in attesa delle conferme ufficiali! Stay tuned!

Due Facce nel manifesto dello Zio Sam ???

L'hype per il sequel di Batman: Arkham Asylum™ ha iniziato da subito ad invadere il web con le prime supposizioni di chi saranno i personaggi presenti nel gioco. Analizzando il sito Ufficiale di Arkham Has Move in cui appare una locandina con lo Zio Sam armato di pistola con la didascalia "I WANT YOU", si notano alcuni particolari che confermerebbero la presenza di Due Facce!

Primo indizio: il manifesto è strappato proprio dove si trova la faccia. Secondo: il cappello è diviso in due verticalmente tipico degli indumenti indossati da Due Facce, e terzo la mano che impugna la pistola a destra del manifesto è diversa da quella sinistra, un altra indicazione che indica le due caratteristiche di Due Facce basate su due poli, due estremi: il bene e il male. Quindi, ... mistero risolto? stay tuned!

The hype for the sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum ™ have now started to invade the web with the first guesses of who will be the characters in the game. Analyzing the official website of Arkham Has Move it appears on a poster with Uncle Sam with a gun with the caption "I WANT YOU", you notice some details that confirm the presence of Two-Faces!

First clue: The poster is torn just where is the face. Secondly, the cap is divided vertically into two typical clothing worn by Two-Face, and third the hand that holds the gun to the right of the poster is different from the left, a claim that indicates the two characteristics of Two-Face based on two two extremes: good and evil. So ... Mystery solved? stay tuned!

RUMORS: Due Facce o il Cappellaio Matto ???

Ancora fresco d'annuncio e subito in rete iniziano i primi rumors inerente il prossimo, e aggiungiamo, attesissimo sequel di Batman: Arkham Asylum™! Infatti, alcuni utenti del Forum ufficiale, hanno scovato nel video Teaser una scena in cui si intravedono delle locandine in cui ritraggono un personaggio molto simile ad alcuni nemici di Batman, e cioè Due Facce (Two Face) e il Cappellaio Matto (Mad Hatter). Ovviamente, dall'immagine catturata dal teaser non si può giungere ad una conclusione certa, ma supporre ad un indizio di una loro presenza di uno dei due se non entrambi, nella prossima avventura dell'uomo pipistrello. stay tuned

VGA 2009: Annunciato Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 !!! Arkham Has Moved !!!

Sicuramente era la notizia che tutti i Bat-Fans stavano aspettando! Dopo il primo capolavoro dedicato all'uomo pipistrello Rocksteady, durante il Video Game Awards 2009, ha presentato il primo Teaser del seguito di Batman: Arkham Asylum. Dal titolo Arkham Has Moved e dal video si notano ambientazioni urbane, con l'apparizione finale di Harley Queen in compagnia di un malconcio Joker.

DLC: Prey in the Darkness è online !!!

Il nuovo DLC intitolato “Prey in the Darkness” è disponibile per il download per Xbox Live e PlayStation Netowork. Purtroppo le mappe non sono disponibili per la versione PC e al momento non è prevista una release in futuro.

Batman: Arkham Asylum, ricordiamo, è già approdato nei negozi il 28 Agosto e proprio nella giornata di ieri il Los Angeles Times ha annunciato che il titolo ha raggiunto quota 2,5 milioni di copie vendute in tutto il mondo. Un risultato davvero notevole.
